What we're looking for
- Advanced analytical thinking, strategic vision, ability to structure and solve complex business problems, presentation skills, and influence with senior management.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the financial sector (banking and/or insurance) and business trends, business consulting methodologies, business models, market and competitor analysis, and organizational change management.
- Experience: Participation in commercial model or strategy projects (channel launches, sales models, commercial systematics...), customer transformation (segmentation, retention, customer experience...), development of business plans, digital strategy or transformation, process analysis and design, and development of recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to manage digital projects, creativity, digital customer orientation, adaptation to technological innovation, and knowledge and understanding of digital tools and marketing / martech platforms.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the financial sector (banking and/or insurance) and business trends, business consulting methodologies, understanding of Martech technologies (Adobe, Salesforce, CDPs...), digital analytics, digital marketing trends, and offer personalization.
- Experience: Design and implementation of digital solutions, experience in personalization projects and digital campaign design, digital channels, understanding of digital conversion optimization models, and measurement of results in digital environments.
- Analytical skills and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactivity and an innovative attitude.
- Teamwork and adaptation to change.
- Ability to solve problems in a structured, conceptual, and creative manner.
- Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the financial sector. Knowledge of the sector (banking / insurance or Wealth and Asset Management).
- Advanced level of English.
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, STEM, or similar.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in consulting, a service company, or internal strategy / digital areas.
