Requirements
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in automation and digitalization projects using UiPath.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technology consulting, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience leading technical and functional teams.
- Experience in client management, pre-sales, and delivery of high technological complexity solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, Communications Mining, and Automation Cloud).
- Experience or knowledge in Generative AI solutions, Agentic AI, and Agentic Automation.
- Ability to define scalable automation architectures and governance models.
- English level B2 or higher.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling automation teams.
- Knowledge of other automation platforms (Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, IBM RPA, etc.).
- Experience in digital transformation and hyperautomation processes.
- Participation in innovation programs related to artificial intelligence.
- We will positively value possessing official UiPath Developer certification and/or advanced UiPath Solution Architect certifications or similar.

What you'll do
- Lead the growth and consolidation of the Digital Engineering practice in Barcelona, driving business development and client relationships.
- Actively participate in commercial activities, identification of opportunities, and the development of value propositions in collaboration with EY teams.
- Design and define automation and hyperautomation strategies based on RPA technologies (UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere...) and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Lead multidisciplinary development teams, ensuring the correct execution and delivery of projects.
- Act as a technical and functional reference in automation projects, defining best practices, standards, and governance models.
- Design, develop, and supervise complex solutions using the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Automation Cloud, etc.).
- Explore, evaluate, and drive new capabilities related to Agentic Automation and AI agents applied to business processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service expansion within current and potential clients.
- Guide and develop talent, contributing to the creation and growth of a solid team in Barcelona.
