What are we looking for? We are looking for an intern RPA Developer & Automation Specialist (UiPath) to join our IT team at our Barcelona offices.The selected person will be responsible for driving and managing process automation initiatives using UiPath, working closely with the different business areas to identify improvement opportunities, design scalable solutions, and participate in the entire life cycle of automation projects.We are looking for a profile with initiative, analytical vision, and the ability to combine technical knowledge with a functional understanding of business processes.

Identify automation opportunities together with business teams.Perform functional analysis and requirements gathering.

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions with UiPath.

Manage and monitor automations in production.Resolve incidents and perform evolutionary maintenance of automated processes.Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Measure and report the impact of implemented automations.

Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the automation program within the company.

Ability to communicate with business users and technical teams.

Analytical, proactive profile oriented toward continuous improvement.Autonomy, organization, and teamwork.

UiPath Certified Professional certification.Knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of Power BI.

Experience in the automation of financial, administrative, or operational processes.Basic programming knowledge (VB.NET, C#, or similar).Experience in corporate environments with multiple business areas.
