The role
KAVE is a global brand in furniture and home decor design, dedicated to inspiring unique and unconventional people like us.
The furniture and decoration industry is one of the largest retail industries worldwide. The potential is enormous and we aim high. We are a group of more than 1,100 international, talented, and motivated professionals, with the mission to completely transform the experience from design to customer, offering sustainable designs, excellent value for money, and a top-tier omnichannel shopping experience.
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our Business Process Automation (BPA) team and help us transform how we work through Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process redesign.
We are looking for a person who combines technical ability with process vision, capable of understanding business challenges, detecting opportunities for improvement, and converting them into robust, scalable automation and AI solutions with a real impact on efficiency and productivity.
What you'll do
Work with business and BPM teams to understand processes, detect inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI application.
Participate in the redesign and simplification of processes before their automation, avoiding the transfer of existing inefficiencies to new technological solutions.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using n8n and other Low-Code/No-Code technologies, incorporating custom development when necessary.
Design and implement solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, including the integration of LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent workflows applied to real business processes.
Design and implement integrations between systems, applications, and data sources through APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms.
Participate in the entire lifecycle of the developed solutions: design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, maintenance, and evolution.
Ensure that automations are robust, secure, maintainable, and scalable, following the standards and best practices defined by the team.
Identify reusable automation components, solutions, and patterns, avoiding isolated solutions and facilitating their application in other processes or areas.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture when the complexity of the solutions requires advanced integrations or developments.
