As Manager of the department, you will provide advisory services in analyzing the tax situation of the company being sold or purchased in order to identify and quantify potential tax risks and determine their impact on the transaction, as well as in analyzing the possible alternatives for executing the transaction, with the aim of minimizing tax costs, preserving tax attributes, reducing risks, and adapting the structure to the needs of the business.
