Requirements

What we're looking for

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

· Proven experience in SolidWorks or other design software.

· Experience in FEA (ANSYS - Static Structural and Discovery).

· Initiative, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to contribute in a technical environment with a high degree of autonomy.

· High level of English.

Nice to have

· Knowledge of Noise and Vibrations.

· Programming languages (Python, VBA...).

· Experience in operating testing equipment.

The role

You will be part of the team responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of the mechanical components and systems of our elevators, performing designs and validating them through advanced structural analysis methodologies and testing. You will collaborate closely with the Development, R&D, Quality, and Sales Engineering teams to develop solutions that respond to our customers' needs.

What you'll do

· Participate in the design and improvement of components using SolidWorks.

· Perform component calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS (Static Structural and Discovery modules) for product optimization.

· Document design modifications and justify compliance with applicable regulations.

· Propose improvements aimed at reducing costs, improving assembly efficiency, and increasing the safety of lifting systems.

· Contribute to the development of structural analysis and validation methodologies that drive technical excellence in the area.
