Main duties

• Prospecting and updating company databases.
• Contacting potential clients by phone.
• Qualifying contacts and identifying needs.
• Setting appointments for the sales team (no direct sales duties).
• Gathering and recording relevant information for preparing proposals and quotes.
• Basic administrative management of information obtained during calls.
