The role

Answer calls, control access, and receive both suppliers, visitors, and external personnel, in order to guarantee excellent personal and telephone attention to all people arriving at or contacting our offices. Reporting directly to the Area Manager

What you'll do

  •  Answer the telephone switchboard.
  • Control access to the office and directly assist the public requesting 
  • information, providing the required guidance and vouchers when required
  • Collect the needs for office materials, cleaning supplies, and other consumables, and manage the purchase of these materials if applicable
  • Manage the courier service and distribute mail (certified letters, burofax, etc.) as well as the collection and delivery of documentation between offices.
  • Collect and register invoices and delivery notes for purchases made and services contracted, if applicable
  • Manage some of the Organization's corporate email accounts if applicable
  • Ensure that common areas are always in an adequate state for use and collect and communicate breakdowns and maintenance needs to the competent area when required.
  • Participate with the purchasing and real estate area in the monitoring of transfers and 
  • moves; when required.
  • Support the management of corporate travel, when required.
  • Manage the agenda of the intervention and legal teams and request interpreters for that area, when required
  • Register the loan of common computers, projectors, and other 
  • fixed assets when required.
