Answer the first call to the telecare service to verify and, if applicable, complete the case file data, ensuring the system operates correctly and the accuracy of these records, following the established protocol and action guidelines.
Manage incoming calls (from both users and those automatically generated by the telecare system), assessing the situation, following the established protocol and action guidelines, in order to act and mobilize resources.

Use communication techniques to promote service delivery, considering protocols, regulations, and professional best practices, facilitating communication with users and agencies involved in mobilizing resources.
Ensure user satisfaction with the care received.
Handle crisis situations generated by the telecare service using psychosocial skills techniques to manage phone assistance, following the protocol.
Notify the supervisor of any significant incidents.
Preserve the confidentiality of data and information related to users.
Safeguard and ensure the confidentiality of the documentation and information with which one works.
