Teleoperator Call Reception

At Faster Empleo ETT we are selecting a Teleoperator for Call Reception for an important Call Center located in Sant Cugat (near the Renfe stop and just 7 minutes from FGC (Volpelleres))

Duties:

• Handling incoming calls to resolve questions, inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
• Managing emails, ticketing, and back-office tasks.
• Progressive training across different clients and services.

• Catalan C1, both oral and written (a reading and written test will be administered)
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Experience in customer service, call reception, and back-office tasks is valued.
• Availability to work the schedule and training hours indicated in the offer.

We offer:

• Contract: 3 months through the ETT + permanent contract with the company.
• Contract: 30 hours per week
• Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the possibility of an afternoon shift.

Saturdays and Sundays: 6 hours per day according to service needs, with the possibility of an afternoon shift.

• Salary: €1,223 gross per month (€9.71 gross per hour).

En Faster Empleo ETT seleccionamos a un/a Teleoperador/a Recepción de llamadas para importante Call Center ubicado en Sant Cugat (cerca de parada de Renfe y a solo 7 minutos de FGC (Volpelleres))

Funciones:

• Atención de llamadas entrantes para resolver dudas, consultas, reclamaciones y solicitudes de información.
• Gestión de emails, ticketing y tareas de Backoffice.
• Formación progresiva en diferentes clientes y servicios.

• Catalán C1, tanto oral como escrito (se realizará prueba lectora y escrita)
• Conocimientos informáticos medio
• Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente, recepción de llamadas, funciones de backoffice.
• Disponibilidad para hacer el horario de trabajo y de formación indicado en la oferta.

Se ofrece:

• Contrato 3 meses por ETT + incorporación a plantilla.
• Contrato: 30h semanales
• Horario:

Lunes, martes y viernes: 09:00 a 15:00 h, con posibilidad de turno de tarde.

Sábados y domingos: 6 horas al día según necesidades del servicio, con posibilidad de turno de tarde.

• Salario 1223€ brutos al mes (9'71€ b/h).
