What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in preparing bids or tenders in sectors such as:
Environmental services
Landscaping and green space maintenance
Street cleaning
Waste management
Urban services or facility services
Proficiency in GIS (QGIS, ARCGIS), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license.

We are looking to hire a Tender and Bid Engineer for the environmental services, landscaping, street cleaning, and municipal solid waste sector.

What you'll do

Detailed analysis of technical and administrative specifications for public and private tenders.
Preparation of technical proposals, reports, work methodologies, and operational plans.
Calculation and preparation of economic bids, including cost studies, resource sizing, and proposal optimization.
Design of technical solutions focused on efficiency.
Tender follow-up and management.
