Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in Presto, Microsoft Project, and the Office suite, especially advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and sensitivity towards their application in business environments, with a focus on process optimization and decision-making.
- We value experience with AutoCAD, DIALux, preparation of Business Plans (BP) and Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, as well as experience in public tenders and use of the State Contracting Platform.
Nice to have
- We value complementary training and certifications in Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energies.
Languages
- English level B2.
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

At Ferrovial Energía, we are looking to hire a Tendering Technician specialized in Maintenance and Energy Services, whose mission will be to provide technical support for the management, improvement, and optimization of maintenance and energy efficiency contracts. The selected person will analyze service operations, propose improvement actions, and collaborate in the preparation of studies, offers, and projects, guaranteeing technical quality, economic efficiency, and compliance with contractual objectives.
Location: Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, or Valladolid.
What you'll do
- Analyze technical, administrative, and contractual specifications, identifying requirements, risks, opportunities, and constraints for the correct execution of services.
- Perform technical and economic studies oriented towards the optimization of maintenance and energy service contracts, proposing operational, organizational, and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in technical visits to facilities and services, gathering the necessary information for the development of studies, projects, offers, and improvement plans.
- Prepare technical calculations, measurements, workload studies, resource sizing, and cost analyses associated with the provision of services.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, procedures, and other documentation necessary for offers, contracts, and projects.
- Coordinate the obtaining and consolidation of information from different areas of the company, ensuring the technical and economic coherence of the developed proposals.
- Perform technical monitoring of contracts and projects, analyzing performance indicators, operating costs, service levels, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage the request, analysis, and comparison of offers from suppliers and collaborators, collaborating in the negotiation of prices, scopes, and technical conditions.
- Support the preparation and presentation of public and private offers, collaborating in the identification of differentiating aspects that maximize the competitiveness of the proposals.
