The selected candidate will analyze service operations, propose improvement actions, and collaborate in the preparation of studies, bids, and projects, ensuring technical quality, economic efficiency, and compliance with contractual objectives.

What you'll do

  • Analyze technical, administrative, and contractual tender specifications, identifying requirements, risks, opportunities, and constraints for the correct execution of services.

  • Conduct technical and economic studies aimed at optimizing maintenance and energy services contracts, proposing operational, organizational, and efficiency improvements.

  • Participate in technical site visits to facilities and services, gathering the necessary information for the development of studies, projects, bids, and improvement plans.

  • Prepare technical calculations, measurements, workload studies, resource sizing, and cost analysis associated with the provision of services.

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, procedures, and any other documentation required for bids, contracts, and projects.

  • Coordinate the gathering and consolidation of information from the different company areas, ensuring the technical and economic coherence of the proposals developed.

  • Carry out technical monitoring of contracts and projects, analyzing performance indicators, operating costs, service levels, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Manage the request, analysis, and comparison of supplier and collaborator bids, collaborating in the negotiation of prices, scopes, and technical conditions.

  • Support the preparation and presentation of public and private bids, collaborating in the identification of differentiating aspects that maximize the competitiveness of proposals.

Education & certifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a similar qualification.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Additional training and certifications in Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energies will be valued.

Languages

  • English level B2.

  • Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

Technical knowledge

  • Proficiency in Presto, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel.
