We are looking for a Process Optimization and Improvement Technician at a Waste Treatment Plant for Madrid (Las Tablas), with extensive knowledge of waste treatment processes (mechanical, biological and thermal), to analyze, improve and stabilize the performance of the different processes of a waste treatment plant with the aim of maximizing operational efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring environmental compliance.
Analyze process performance using key indicators (KPIs).
Propose optimizations of process parameters such as energy, yields and recovery.
Monitor and adjust the operation of facilities and equipment at the plant in coordination with Operations and Maintenance.
Design and implement data-driven continuous improvement actions (statistical analysis, SCADA and PLC).
Prepare technical reports on performance, efficiency and evolution of indicators.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements during process optimization.

Frequent travel to other facilities.

Knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC and SCADA).

More than 5 years of experience in the municipal solid waste treatment sector.
