We are a multi-sector group with more than 30 years of building iconic brands that leave a mark. We operate in Beauty & Longevity, Hospitality & Living, and Mobility, with a presence in Spain, Mexico, and Panama and more than 1 billion in assets under management. We are not a typical holding company. We are a group that creates industries, rather than following them.

At ALMA Corp., we manage high-value real estate assets: from exclusive student residences to hotels and Flex Living spaces. We understand that the excellence of our spaces depends directly on the technical health of our buildings. Therefore, we are looking for a maintenance profile that is a true technical specialist, capable of guaranteeing the total operability of our facilities.

We are looking for a versatile profile but with a solid technical base. Your mission will be the integral management of the building's infrastructure. We are not looking for an operator who only applies quick fixes, but a technician with diagnostic capacity who understands how the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of a large residential complex interact.

• Preventive Technical Maintenance: Execution of maintenance ranges in electrical panels, pressure groups, HVAC systems, and fire protection equipment (FPE).

• Diagnosis and Repair (Corrective): Locating complex faults in common and private resident facilities, offering definitive solutions.

• Infrastructure Management: Control of energy consumption, inspection of machine rooms, and supervision of LED lighting systems and basic home automation.

• Building Maintenance: Technical repairs in plumbing, low-voltage electricity, and high-quality finishes that maintain the ALMA Corp. standard.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all facilities comply with current health and safety standards.
