Personnel Administration and Labor Relations Technician

In addition to demonstrating your communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation, it is important that you have:

-A degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration (ADE), and/or a related Master's degree.

-2-3 years of previous experience as a Personnel Administration and Labor Relations Technician, as well as experience managing large workforces.

-English is essential.

-It is necessary that you have a very good command of the Office suite, especially a high level of Excel: pivot tables, formulas... Experience in HR ERP and Personnel Management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Mentor/LABOR,

-Handling of time and attendance management programs.

We are looking for a Personnel Administration and Labor Relations Technician to expand the Human Resources team at our facilities in Molina de Segura (Murcia), as we are currently in a period of great growth and expansion.

What will you do?

-Manage the administrative onboarding process for new employees: Preparation of the contract and documentation to be signed (confidentiality clauses, supplements, social benefits...), registration in the system, filing of records.

-Manage and control the legality in the administrative offboarding process for employees: Calculation of settlements, indemnities, setting of conciliations, liquidation of accounts...

- Monthly payroll preparation: handling of garnishments made to workers, including calculations of the amount to be garnished, preparation of extraordinary payments

-Calculation of workers' IRPF (Income Tax) withholdings and their recalculation or update when mandatory. Preparation of forms 111 and 190 for IRPF withholdings

-Preparation of Social Security contribution bulletins (TC1 and TC2), for each workplace

-Maintain the HR database and registry, guaranteeing the reliability of the information contained

-Preparation and submission of registration/deregistration/data variation reports to the Social Security via the RED System for all its workplaces

-Manage potential conflicts with workers together with the HR Director and the Labor Relations Manager.

-Draft disciplinary and dismissal letters, and apply the disciplinary regime.

-Manage audits and inspections regarding labor/OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and social audits together with the Labor Relations Manager.

-Interpretation and resolution of doubts regarding the various applicable Collective Agreements.
