The role

What you'll do

Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize the BMC Helix platform.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to design solutions adapted to client needs.
Perform integrations between BMC Helix and other ITSM tools, CMDB, and corporate platforms.
Generate proofs of concept (POCs) for new integrations and functionalities.
Manage and maintain the BMC Helix environment, guaranteeing its availability and performance.
Model dependencies and relationships between technological assets and services.
Develop and customize discovery patterns (TKU).
Analyze and manage discovered data to ensure its quality and consistency.
Resolve complex technical incidents and provide advanced support for the platform.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of the tool.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a BMC Helix Technical Consultant.
Experience in implementation, configuration, and administration of BMC Helix environments.
Knowledge and experience in integration with CMDB.
Experience in dependency modeling and technological asset management.
Experience in development and customization of TKU patterns.
Knowledge and experience in the analysis of data discovered through Discovery tools.
Experience with Pentaho is essential.
Experience in the creation and exploitation of views is essential.
Experience in integration with other ITSM tools and corporate ecosystems.
Analytical capacity, incident resolution, and technical autonomy.
Client-oriented profile, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Availability to work in a 100% remote modality.
