Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar.
Solid experience as a mechanical designer, ideally in machinery for the Pharma sector or highly regulated environments.
Essential proficiency in SolidWorks.
Knowledge of industrial automation and the ability to integrate mechanical designs into automated systems.
Ability to work independently from day one.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Nice to have

Knowledge of AutoCAD (valuable, but not essential).

The role

What you'll do

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for machinery in the Pharma sector, ensuring precision, robustness, and compliance with industry standards.
Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, ensuring the quality of the documentation.
Collaborate on the design of solutions integrated into industrial automation systems.
Review own designs and those of third parties, validating their technical feasibility and their integration into the equipment.
Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM), and mechanical specifications.
Coordinate with automation, electrical, production, and purchasing teams to ensure the correct implementation of the design.
Propose improvements, optimizations, and technical solutions to increase efficiency, functionality, and safety.
Work autonomously, managing priorities and making technical decisions from day one (senior/autonomous profile).

How you'll work

Availability to telework 1 day per week (not from the start).
