As an Assistant, you will not only assist the Restaurant Manager, but you will also be responsible for creating an environment where customers leave better and happier than when they arrived.

But you will not only focus on our customers, but also on your team. To do this, you will lead them as one of the team, helping them before they ask, constantly seeking more responsibility, and training, supporting, and directing your team to achieve even better results. In short, being an Assistant means running a business, not just a shift.

Our burgers are fresh and handmade; we focus our efforts on the quality of the ingredients, and our staff is energetic and committed to the Company because we truly care about looking after them. Our restaurants are full of customers who are genuine Five Guys fans!

• Gross annual salary of €26,000

• Potential annual bonus of €6,000

Como Asistente, no solo tendrás que asistir al Gerente del restaurante, serás responsable de crear un ambiente donde los clientes se vayan mejor y más felices que cuando entraron.
