The role

At Fluidra, we believe that sustainable business transformation goes beyond technology. It requires rethinking how we operate, challenging existing ways of working and building globally aligned, efficient and scalable business processes.

We are looking for a Global Business Process Owner (GPO) - Procure-to-Pay & Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the evolution of our global operating model.

This is a strategic position within our Global Business Transformation organization, offering the opportunity to influence critical business decisions, connect functions and regions, and deliver measurable business value across our international operations.

You will act as a key transformation agent, bridging business strategy, operational excellence, process governance and digital enablement.

Your mission will be to transform how Fluidra operates - not simply by improving individual processes, but by creating a more integrated, efficient, data-driven and future-ready organization.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the global end-to-end process strategy, roadmap and governance framework for the P2P and Supply Chain domains, aligned with Fluidra's business priorities.
  • Establish global process standards, policies, ownership principles and best practices, ensuring consistency across business units, regions and operating entities.
  • Drive process harmonization and simplification, balancing global efficiency with legitimate regional, operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify structural inefficiencies, process fragmentation and opportunities for operating model optimization.
  • Act as a key business authority for process design decisions, facilitating alignment and escalating strategic trade-offs through the appropriate governance forums.
  • Lead the assessment of current business processes, identifying performance gaps, inefficiencies, operational risks and opportunities for transformation.
  • Define and drive future-state process models that enhance operational effectiveness, scalability, cost efficiency and business resilience.
  • Build and prioritize a global process transformation roadmap based on business impact, strategic relevance, feasibility and value creation.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and promote end-to-end process thinking beyond traditional functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and structural simplification, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable results.
  • Establish and govern a globally consistent process performance framework, including KPIs, performance targets and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Drive a data-driven approach to process management, leveraging process analytics, benchmarking and process mining where appropriate.
  • Monitor process performance across regions and entities, identifying deviations, root causes and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, compliance and working capital.
  • Define business cases and expected benefits for major process transformation initiatives.
  • Work with business stakeholders to track value realization and ensure that process improvements deliver tangible, sustainable business outcomes.
  • Translate business process requirements into clear functional priorities and design principles for technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the strategic business counterpart to IT, ERP and digital teams, ensuring that technology solutions enable the agreed global operating model.
  • Play a leading role in business process design, validation and adoption within SAP and other relevant enterprise platforms.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve process performance.
  • Ensure that technology investments support process harmonization, scalability and long-term business value, rather than simply reproducing existing practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Controlling, IT and regional business leaders.
  • Drive alignment across functions, geographies and organizational levels, influencing decisions without necessarily relying on direct hierarchical authority.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on process strategy, transformation priorities, performance and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate complex discussions, manage competing priorities and build consensus around global standards and transformation initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and shared ownership of end-to-end business performance.
  • Act as a catalyst for organizational change, championing new ways of working and embedding a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work with business leaders and change management teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes, capabilities and operating practices.
  • Anticipate organizational impacts, resistance to change and capability gaps, defining appropriate mitigation and enablement actions.
  • Support the development of process knowledge, communities of practice and internal capabilities across the organization.
  • Foster a global mindset that combines strategic vision, operational discipline and adaptability.
