Are you passionate about fitness, customer service, and helping people achieve their goals? At FORUS LOS CEDROS, we are looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE / RECEPTIONIST to join our team.

If you are a person with initiative, a customer focus, and are results-oriented, we want to meet you!

What will your duties be?

1. Be the first impression of the Forus brand.

2. Identify sales opportunities by adapting to the needs of potential customers with the aim of increasing customer acquisition.

3. Follow up with potential customers.

4. Provide effective solutions to inquiries and issues raised by our customers with the aim of building loyalty.

5. Make and handle telephone calls for both customer service and sales.

6. Perform collection procedures to ensure the achievement of economic objectives.

7. Support events held at the center to provide commercial support in their organization.

What are we looking for in you?

- Vocational Training degree or Higher Level Training Cycle in Commercial Management or Marketing. A Vocational Training degree or Higher Level Training Cycle in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies is also valued.

- Customer service experience, commercial skills, and sales.

- Medium/high level in Microsoft Office suite.
