Are you an experienced sales professional, with great communication skills and a passion for teaching and supporting others in their professional growth?

What you'll do

📚 Deliver in-person training in-store and, primarily, field training, following the company's management model.
🚀 Perform on-boardings, personalized follow-ups, and training reinforcement actions.
📢 Train on products, services, and sales pitches.
📊 Provide continuous feedback to Managers and other areas.
🤝 Accompany new hires, ensuring correct integration, sales quality, and alignment with our commercial model.

🎯 Your mission

Train, capacitate, and evaluate our sales teams in all operational areas, passionately transmitting all your knowledge and experience in sales, both in-store and especially in the field 🌍.

👤 Profile we are looking for

Sales representatives advanced, with demonstrable experience in sales and high commercial quality.
People with great communication skills, a vocation for training, and who enjoy teaching and developing new hires.
Methodical, structured, organized profile and a defender of the company's management model.
📜 Leadership qualities, teamwork, and communication skills.
💼 Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is valued.
🌎 It is essential to reside in the work area and have geographical mobility from Monday to Friday throughout the management area.
