We are looking for candidates passionate about service excellence and customer-oriented. Experience in bar service and cocktail preparation, as well as in luxury restaurants or hotels, is required. Teamwork skills and the ability to handle a high volume of work are equally necessary. Candidates must have a flexible schedule with the possibility of working both holidays and weekends. All documents must be in order to work in Spain and fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for Barback profiles to join the magnificent Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Head Bartender and the Restaurant Manager, the main functions to be developed are:

• Clean and set tables, chairs, linens, tableware, glassware, and cutlery for service effectively and in accordance with standards.
• Interact with guests professionally and following our Golden Rule.
• Anticipate guest needs, seeking their satisfaction and responding urgently and appropriately to their concerns and requests.
• Perform stock control of materials, as well as ingredients and food, ensuring that the bar is tidy and well-stocked at all times.
• Verify the cleanliness of the bar work area, ensuring it is in optimal condition throughout the entire working shift.
• Work in harmony and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
