At FRAGADIS S.L.U., a company that manages SPAR supermarkets, we continue to grow and we want to add a person to our team for the position of Expansion Junior, with a desire to learn, initiative, and motivation to participate in the development and growth of our supermarket network.
We are looking for a profile with potential, analytical capacity, and business orientation, who wants to acquire experience in the field of commercial and real estate expansion within a growing company.
What you'll do
Collaborate in the identification and search for new locations for the opening of supermarkets.
Perform market studies and analysis of areas with growth potential.
Collect and analyze information regarding locations, competition, population, and commercial opportunities.
Provide support in the evaluation of the feasibility of new locations and expansion projects.
Maintain contact and collaborate with owners, real estate agencies, and other interlocutors.
Follow up on detected opportunities and update project information.
Collaborate with the different departments involved in the expansion process and the opening of new stores.
