What we're looking for

Knowledge of the Food market (Supermarkets), the real estate market, and industries linked to them.

Knowledge of Supermarket chains, both company-owned and Franchises.
Valid driver's license.
Availability to travel within the assigned area is essential.

The role

What you'll do

Creation of the franchise development strategy for the assigned area.
Recruitment of franchisees.
Negotiation with potential franchisees; definition of the business model, review of service provisions,…
Execution of the Business Plan and onboarding of new franchisees; Requesting quotes and market research, preparation of the feasibility plan.
Preparation of the Opening Plan and subsequent follow-up until the opening.
