The role

At Grupo Freixenet, we are looking for people interested in occasional weekend work to support our Wine Tourism team, performing duties as a waiter/waitress and/or wine tourism guide.

What you'll do

Perform the company's wine tourism activities (guided tours, tastings, and other wine tourism activities).

Manage guided tours: Promotion, telephone assistance, and email management of tourist reservations for both end customers and professional clients.
Receive and assist individual and group visits.
Attend to external and internal customers in the Wine Bar.
Manage the point of sale: Promote and sell our products in the Wine Bar and shop, along with administrative tasks regarding procurement and inventory management, sales settlements, and other management duties.
Setup and breakdown of the activities carried out.
