Procurement Planning Manager

MISSION: To ensure, together with their team, the efficient, continuous, and competitive supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and distributed brand references to guarantee the availability, productivity, and operational efficiency of the company in terms of quality, quantity, and time. To lead and develop the procurement team, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and an optimal relationship with buyers, suppliers, and Frit Ravich departments such as production, logistics, etc.

• Define objectives, roles, and priorities for the procurement team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and continuous improvement (monitoring departmental indicators).
• Coordinate workload and ensure backups.
• Improve and ensure the correct execution of procurement processes.
• Point of reference in the use of procurement tools (SAP, Imperia, Power BI,...)
• Supervise and guarantee the availability of products, materials, and raw materials according to procurement plans linked to production and sales plans.
• Ensure the correct execution of the stock policy and the minimization of shortages or excess inventory.
• Anticipate risks, market tensions, and supply variability.
• Guarantee operational efficiency by establishing and reviewing stock parameters with efficiency criteria (MOQ, lead time, turnover, cost).
• Anticipate risks, market tensions, and supply variability.
• Anticipate future needs and provide visibility of risks or opportunities to buyers and management.
• Participate in the definition of the supplier strategy together with the Purchasing management.
• Work on the service level and resulting incidents with the supplier and the purchasing team.
• Attend meetings and participate proactively with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Participate in internal committees (ops 360, operations committee, plant projects, etc.).
• Responsible for the main supplier service KPIs and their communication to management.
• Analyze data, identify deviations, and define action plans.
• Lead the evolution of internal procurement processes and guarantee their compliance.
• Drive efficiency projects in the supply chain (automation, standardization, data integration).
• Measure the impact of implemented improvement actions and ensure their sustainability.
