Your mission as a LOGISTICS PROCESS ENGINEER will be to ensure operational excellence in logistics through the definition, training, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes, guaranteeing correct execution and team training.
What you'll do

You will work alongside operational teams and area managers to ensure the correct execution of logistics processes.

You will identify improvement opportunities and participate in the implementation of actions that increase efficiency, quality, and service levels.

You will define, document, and update procedures, operating standards, and work instructions.

You will drive the training and development of people, ensuring compliance with the ILUO matrix

You will analyze indicators to detect deviations, identify improvement opportunities, and propose action plans.
