Industrial Excellence Manager

📌What knowledge do we need you to bring to be able to develop your functions successfully?

• Education in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or similar.
• Previous experience in industrial environments, especially in areas of processes, production, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Knowledge and experience applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, World Class Manufacturing or similar.
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of industrial flows and processes.
• Ability to define, interpret, and monitor industrial management indicators.
• Experience leading transversal projects and supporting teams through change processes.

For this reason, we are looking to incorporate an Industrial Excellence Manager to help us design, drive, and consolidate our operational excellence model within the industrial area.

Your mission will be to guarantee, promote, and drive operational excellence in the industrial area, building a continuous improvement model that allows us to increase efficiency, productivity, and process standardization.

You will be a key figure for the Industrial Management, with a role very close to the plant and with a direct impact on the way we work, measure, and improve our processes.

• You will design, build, and deploy Frit Ravich's industrial excellence model.
• You will drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and productivity projects in production processes.
• You will analyze flows, processes, and working methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• You will drive action plans and support industrial teams in the implementation of standards and in compliance with operations.
• You will define, monitor, and evaluate the main industrial KPIs.
• You will participate in the design and development of the continuous improvement dashboard.
• You will drive and ensure a culture oriented towards excellence, efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• You will work transversally with the Industrial, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
