🔔 We are offering a position for a Waiter/Waitress Assistant to work at Amàre Hotels, adults-only hotels with an exciting combination of live music, exceptional gastronomy, and sophisticated design in prime beachfront locations.

Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella is a hotel on the Costa del Sol, recommended for adults only, located just a 5-minute walk from the historic center. With 236 rooms, every detail has been carefully designed to offer the most extraordinary holidays in Marbella.

You will be responsible for providing food and beverage service at the various points of sale, in collaboration with the waiter/waitress, ensuring professional, high-quality service and customer satisfaction, following the protocols and standards established by Fuerte Group.

Your day-to-day will look like this…

🔲 Support and supervision: Greet, accompany, advise, and see off guests. Assist in preparing the work areas for service. Assist in setting up tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group in each case, and verify that all elements meet the standards. Assist in setting up and taking down the buffet, as well as serving it. Assist in preparing and setting up special events, in coordination with the supervisor.

🔲 Execution and follow-up: Carry out the customer service duties at the different points of sale. Take orders, as well as serve guests' requests. Handle billing and payment collection from guests. Assist in storing received products and/or materials, as well as replenishing them.

🔲 Control and quality: Check and inspect the materials needed for the proper performance of the duties of the position. Review and verify that orders received at the points of sale match the delivery notes and the order placed. Monitor available stock. Comply with the quality, health and safety, environmental, and data protection standards established by the organization.
