🎓Intermediate/Advanced Degree in Restaurant Services / Restaurant Management and/or similar. Training in Enology and Mixology.

💼Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position in high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.

🔔We are looking for a Bartender passionate about hospitality, eager to join a solid team from its opening. They will be responsible for serving and selling the beverage varieties, ensuring a professional and quality service, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction by following established protocols and standards.

• Carrying out the duties of customer service at the bar according to established protocols.
• Preparing cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages from the menu following the recipes and established presentation standards.
• Ensuring the achievement of departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area presentations, in accordance with established standards.
• Receiving, informing, and advising customers on the different products offered.
• Taking beverage orders and serving customer requests.
• Handle billing and payment collection from the customer.
• Assisting in the preparation of work areas for bar service, as well as the electronic devices to be used and disconnecting them at the end.
• Check and monitor the materials necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the position.
• Storing received products and/or materials in the corresponding areas and assisting in restocking them, collaborating with the barback.
• Carry out monitoring of available stock.
