🎓Vocational Training / Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Restaurant Services.

💼Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4-star hotel or higher.

🗣💬English and French, Level A1.

🔔 We are offering a position as Waiter/Waitress Assistant to work at Amàre Hotels, adults-only hotels with an exciting combination of live music, exceptional gastronomy, and sophisticated design in prime beachfront locations.

The Waiter/Waitress Assistant will be responsible for providing food and beverage service and sales at the various points of sale, in collaboration with the waiter/waitress, ensuring professional and quality service, as well as customer satisfaction, following the protocols and standards established by Fuerte Group.

Your day-to-day will look like this…

• Carry out the duties related to customer service at the various points of sale, according to the protocols established for each one.
• Ensuring the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area operations, in accordance with the hotel's standards.
• Receive, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to the customer.
• Inform and advise the customer about the different products offered.
• Take orders, as well as handle customer requests.
• Handle billing and payment collection from the customer.
• Assist in preparing the work areas for service, as well as the electronic devices to be used, and disconnecting them at the end of the shift.
• Assist in preparing and setting up tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group in each case, and verify that all elements are in the conditions required by the standards.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling the buffet, as well as providing service at it.
• Check and monitor the materials necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the position.
• Check and verify that orders received at the points of sale match the delivery notes and the order placed.
• Store received products and/or materials in the corresponding areas and assist in replenishing them.
• Carry out monitoring of available stock.
• Assist in preparing and setting up special events, in coordination with the supervisor.
