The role

Manager / Senior Manager, Management Consulting - Cybersecurity for AI, Iberia

Are you passionate about helping clients navigate the most critical challenges of the digital age? Do you have experience shaping and scaling high-impact, technology-enabled transformation? Are you a visionary builder who thrives in entrepreneurial environments?

If the answer is yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to help architect the next chapter of Uvance Wayfinders, Fujitsu's global consulting brand, in Europe.

Uvance Wayfinders is committed to guiding customers through business and management transformation, turning concepts into reality and delivering tangible results through our consulting approach. Working side by side with clients, we deliver integrated solutions that span the full lifecycle of change, from initial strategy to sustained impact. We are focussed on fostering an inclusive environment where diverse talent thrives.

In Iberia (Spain and Portugal), we are building the practice from the ground up, with Data & AI at its core and an initial focus on Banking & Insurance, Energy & Utilities and the Public Sector. We connect strategy, technology and execution end-to-end, from the first diagnosis through to production.

As Manager / Senior Manager for Cybersecurity for AI, you'll be our expert in securing AI environments and architectures. As clients put generative AI systems and agents into production, you'll make sure they are secure by design: protected against new kinds of attack, with the right identities, permissions and controls, and ready for audit.

Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you'll combine deep hands-on expertise with client leadership: shaping solutions, supporting business development and leading delivery teams through to measurable results.

As an expert in your field, you'll help shape how Uvance Wayfinders delivers, bringing fresh perspectives and creating reusable assets for the practice.

What you'll do

  • Shaping proposals, business cases and client presentations for AI security engagements.
  • Supporting our Associate Partners and Directors in building relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Identifying new opportunities during delivery and turning them into proposals.
  • Designing secure architectures for generative AI systems and agents: identity and access for agents, least privilege, isolation, monitoring and human oversight.
  • Assessing AI systems against threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, data and model poisoning, excessive agent permissions and tool misuse.
  • Leading AI red teaming and adversarial testing of models and agents.
  • Building security into the AI lifecycle, from development and deployment to monitoring in production.
  • Making sure AI solutions meet regulation, including the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA and, in Spain, the National Security Framework (ENS).
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing day-to-day delivery with clients.
  • Owning the end-to-end solution architecture and engineering rigour of AI systems, ensuring they are designed, built, deployed and governed to run reliably in production.
  • Applying MLOps and LLMOps practices: evaluation, monitoring, drift detection and lifecycle management.
  • Guiding teams on trade-offs between rules-based systems, machine learning, LLMs and hybrid approaches.
  • Building value cases and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to frame problems, align on priorities and shape engagement outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contributing to the Cybersecurity for AI offering, including methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets and thought leadership.
  • Leading and coaching consultants, providing direction and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.
  • Working with Uvance Wayfinders colleagues across Europe and with the teams already present in client accounts.
  • Helping build a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and hands-on excellence.
