Customer Service – Shop

The Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation is looking to recruit a dynamic, friendly, and customer-oriented person to join the shop team at the Teatre-Museu Salvador Dalí in Figueres.

The selected person will have the opportunity to interact with visitors from all over the world, offering an excellent service experience and contributing to the dissemination of Salvador Dalí's legacy through the museum's official products.

• Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Provide detailed information about the available products (books, art reproductions, souvenirs, and gift items).

• Attend to and resolve inquiries with efficiency and courtesy, guaranteeing a satisfactory experience.

• Offer personalized advice according to the interests and preferences of the customers.

• Promote products appropriately, contributing to sales objectives.

• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system.

• Ensure the correct recording of operations and cash control.
