Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum qualification of Compulsory Secondary Education, Vocational Training, or equivalent.
  • B2 level of Catalan.
  • Availability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication, facilitation, and adaptation skills for diverse audiences.

The role

What you'll do

  • Welcome, inform, and guide visitors during their stay at the facilities.
  • Provide information regarding exhibitions, activities, schedules, and museum services.
  • Control access, capacity, and visitor flows.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules for using the facilities.
  • Detect and communicate incidents related to public service and the functioning of the spaces.
  • Perform basic preventive surveillance tasks in rooms and exhibition spaces.
  • Handle in-person, telephone, and online inquiries.
  • Collaborate in the organization and development of activities, openings, and events.
  • Record attendance data and prepare basic activity reports.

Conditions and availability

  • Incorporation for specific coverages, substitutions for sick leave, vacations, and service reinforcement needs.
