Currently, we are looking for a People Organization and Processes Manager at the Sant Boi de Llobregat headquarters. The mission of this position is to lead the organization and continuous improvement of the People and Values area processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in the fields of labor administration, payroll, personnel costs, grants, and occupational risk prevention. Coordinate the technical team under their responsibility and ensure the availability of reliable information to facilitate the organization's planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
The responsibilities are:
Define, document, implement, and update the processes of the People and Values area, ensuring their coherence, efficiency, and alignment with the Foundation's objectives.
Guarantee the standardization of work criteria and quality in the execution of processes.
Ensure correct coordination between the different processes of the area and their integration with the rest of the organization's areas.
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and the quality of service offered to the Foundation's professionals and volunteers.
Coordination of labor administration, payroll, and regulatory compliance areas:
Coordinate and supervise the activity of the labor administration, payroll, personnel costs, and regulatory compliance areas.
Guarantee the homogeneous application of people management criteria and procedures.
Ensure correct compliance with the Foundation's legal, labor, and administrative obligations.
Act as a technical reference for incidents or situations of greater complexity.
Guarantee the quality, reliability, and traceability of the area's documentation and processes
Management systems and information quality (HRIS, Payfit, dashboard, OHS records, training records, staff information, absenteeism, turnover, etc.)
Lead the functional management of the People and Values information systems.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and updating of people data.
Define criteria for control, validation, and exploitation of information.
Coordinate the resolution of incidents and the continuous improvement of digital management tools.
Drive digitalization and transformation projects for the area's processes.
Collaborate in the implementation of new technological systems and functionalities.
Design, coordinate, and evolve the People and Values dashboard.
Guarantee the availability of reliable, updated, and relevant information for decision-making.
Analyze the evolution of the main indicators and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare periodic reports and specific studies on staff, turnover, absenteeism, coverage, personnel costs, training, and other strategic indicators.
Propose improvement actions derived from data analysis.
Lead, coordinate, and support the team of professionals under their responsibility.
Organize, distribute, and prioritize tasks, guaranteeing homogeneous work criteria.
Monitor operational objectives and quality standards.
Promote the technical development of the team members.
Participate in staff planning and future needs.
Provide support in internal and external audits.
Prepare reports and specific studies related to personnel costs and organizational indicators.
Collaborate in corporate projects for transformation, efficiency, and organizational development.
Workplace: Sant Boi de Llobregat
Working hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00.
Type of contract: Permanent
Salary range: €36,000 gross per year (12 payments)
Start date: Immediate
Occasional travel to the different Foundation facilities.
