Waiter/Driver with Disability

We are currently looking to incorporate a waiter/waitress into our Catering Division who wants to join this project.

Your mission: To carry out the transport of services contracted by clients, ensuring the maintenance and hygiene of the vehicles, in accordance with the instructions of the immediate supervisor, current legal regulations, and established procedures, with the objective of guaranteeing the correct functioning of the services, compliance with delivery deadlines, and the safety of the materials.

Important logistics company located in Noblejas needs to hire a Reach Truck and Pallet Jack Operator. Established company in the logistics sector.

• Review the quality and quantity of the material to be transported for catering services and other events.
• Perform the catering setup at the offices of the collaborating company, ensuring that everything is ready for use.
• Prepare and organize the necessary tableware for the following working day.
• Attend to attendees at events, organizing and facilitating the services that require waiters/waitresses.
• Dismantle and collect the material after services, unloading and storing it at the Foundation's facilities.
• Offer an excellent level of customer service, ensuring satisfaction during the event.
• Keep the cash box in order and manage collection in catering services or events.
• Receive and store the goods necessary for daily operations.
• Prepare and present drinks and food according to the Foundation's standards.
• Resolve incidents in their area of responsibility, proposing improvements to optimize work processes.
• Feedback and Reports: Participate in feedback activities and report to the supervisor, executing the indicated instructions. Actively participate in feedback conversations/activities, with a positive and learning attitude.
• Compliance with Regulations: Comply with current regulations, internal procedures, data protection, occupational risk prevention, and act in accordance with the values and principles of the Foundation.
• Safety and Environment: Work in accordance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, protecting the environment and ensuring information security.
• Performance of all functions listed in this DPT acting with criteria of rationality, professionalism, and efficiency, in accordance with the essential purposes of the Foundation, with statutory and regulatory precepts, in accordance with the mandates of the Board of Trustees and its subordinate bodies, and with observance of the principles and values contained in the Foundation's code of ethics and the Code of Good Governance, among others: transparency, responsible fundraising, and respect for the will of the founders.
• Substitution of other positions in your department in their absence (vacations, medical leave, etc.), of the same rank or under your supervision.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un camarero-a para nuestra División de Restauración que quiera sumarse a este proyecto.

Tu misión: Realizar el transporte de los servicios contratados por los clientes, asegurando el mantenimiento e higiene de los vehículos, en conformidad con las indicaciones del responsable inmediato, la normativa legal vigente, y los procedimientos establecidos, con el objetivo de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios, el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega, y la seguridad de los materiales.

Qué harás

• Revisar la calidad y cantidad del material a trasladar para servicios de catering y otros eventos.
• Realizar el montaje del catering en las oficinas de la empresa colaboradora, asegurando que todo esté listo para su uso.
• Preparar y organizar el menaje necesario para la siguiente jornada de trabajo.
• Atender a los asistentes en eventos, organizando y facilitando los servicios que requieren de camareros/as.
• Desmontar y recoger el material tras los servicios, descargando y almacenando en las instalaciones de la Fundación.
• Ofrecer un excelente nivel de servicio al cliente, asegurando la satisfacción durante el evento.
• Mantener la caja de efectivo en orden y gestionar el cobro en los servicios de catering o eventos.
• Recepcionar y almacenar las mercancías necesarias para la operación diaria.
• Preparar y presentar bebidas y comidas de acuerdo a los estándares de la Fundación.
• Resolver las incidencias en su área de responsabilidad, proponiendo mejoras para optimizar los procesos de trabajo.
• Feedback y Reportes: Participar en actividades de feedback y reportar al responsable, ejecutando las instrucciones señaladas. Participar activamente en conversaciones/actividades de feedback, con actitud positiva y de aprendizaje.
• Cumplimiento de Normativas: Cumplir con la normativa vigente, procedimientos internos, protección de datos, prevención de riesgos laborales, y actuar conforme a los valores y principios de la Fundación.
• Seguridad y Medioambiente: Trabajar conforme a las normativas de seguridad, salud y medioambiente, protegiendo el medioambiente y asegurando la seguridad de la información.
• Realización de todas las funciones recogidas en esta DPT actuando con criterios de racionalidad, profesionalidad, y eficacia, de conformidad con los fines esenciales de la Fundación, con los preceptos estatutarios y reglamentarios, con arreglo a los mandatos del Patronato y de sus órganos subordinados, y con observancia de los principios y valores contenidos en el código ético de la Fundación y el código del Buen Gobierno, entre otros: la transparencia, captación responsable de fondos y el respeto a la voluntad de los fundadores.
