Basic Vocational Training Teacher - Applied Sciences.

FUNDACIÓN JUAN XXIII is a non-profit entity with more than fifty years of commitment to the socio-labor inclusion of people in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. We accompany them, as well as their families, with all our services and at all ages.

In our training center, we need to incorporate a teacher of Applied Sciences for Basic Vocational Training (FP Básica) under agreement with the CAM, to perform the following functions:

• Design and teach the training syllabus in accordance with current legislation, ensuring its adequacy to the needs of the students.
• Motivate and create an inclusive and facilitating environment, promoting the active participation of the students.
• Participate in the internal coordination of the center, attending scheduled faculty meetings and other sessions (evaluation, monitoring...).
• Generate and implement academic innovation processes within their area (project-based learning, gamification, active methodologies...).
• Participate in working groups for the improvement of the Vocational Training Center's processes and its integration with other departments.
• Foster values and competencies in the students that drive their professional and personal development.
• Collaborate with the guidance department, including intervention and support proposals for the students in the day-to-day activities.

En nuestro centro de formación necesitamos incorporar a un/a docente de Ciencias Aplicadas para la FP Básica concertada con la CAM, para realizar las siguientes funciones:

• Diseñar e impartir el temario formativo de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, asegurando su adecuación a las necesidades del alumnado.
• Motivar y crear un ambiente inclusivo y facilitador, promoviendo la participación activa del alumnado.
• Participar en la coordinación interna del centro, acudiendo a los claustros programados y otras sesiones (evaluación, seguimiento...).
• Generar e implementar procesos de innovación académica dentro de su área (aprendizaje basado en proyectos, gamificación, metodologías activas...).
• Participar en grupos de trabajo para la mejora de los procesos del Centro de Formación Profesional y su integración con otros departamentos.
• Fomentar en el alumnado valores y competencias que impulsen su desarrollo profesional y personal.
• Colaborar con el departamento de orientación, incluyendo en el día a día las propuestas de intervención y apoyo para el alumnado.
