What you'll do

Support the different Reservation Technicians in their corresponding functions:

  1. Enter and confirm reservations from different markets.
  2. Cancel reservations correctly. Proceed with the review of cancellations and inform Reception regarding the application of charges according to the cancellation policy.
  3. Keep agency prepayments (prepayments) for agencies without credit up to date.
  4. Keep the reservation file and general archive up to date.
  5. Ensure that relevant information is noted and communicated to the appropriate person.
  6. Answer the telephone and attend to customers kindly and politely, following service standards.
  7. Handle all incoming correspondence and distribute it appropriately.
