Grupo Barbillón, a leading company in the hospitality sector, is looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress with experience and a passion for service for its prestigious restaurant Giardino, located at C. del Camino del Cura, 10, 28109 Alcobendas, Madrid.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in similar positions as a waiter/waitress in restaurants. We value your career history and knowledge of the sector.
• Availability: We need you to have full availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Flexibility and adaptability are key for us.

• Attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner, from their arrival to their departure.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Handle bill payments, both cash and card.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the tables, the dining room, and the common areas of the restaurant.
• Resolve customer questions and requests, offering personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
• Prepare the dining room before opening and carry out closing duties at the end of the shift.
• Actively participate in creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
