• Maintain constant and effective communication with clients, ensuring understanding of their needs and offering personalized solutions that guarantee their satisfaction.
• Manage breakdown notices, organize interventions and plan technical assistance services, optimizing response times and prioritizing quality of service.

• Schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con los clientes, asegurando la comprensión de sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas que aseguren su satisfacción.
• Gestionar avisos de averías, organizar las intervenciones y planificar los servicios de asistencia técnica, optimizando tiempos de respuesta y priorizando la calidad del servicio.
