The role
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the center of our operations, ensuring an outstanding experience for customers across Spain and Portugal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and revenue collection.
- Coordinating closely with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, commercial teams, and service organizations to ensure operational excellence.
- Managing purchase orders, contracts, service records, and customer data with a high level of accuracy.
- Supporting the installed base of contrast media injectors and associated products.
- Handling returns, complaints, invoice queries, credit notes, and other customer-facing activities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and operational insights that support decision-making and business performance.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships across multiple functions and countries to deliver best-in-class customer support.

Requirements
Nice to have
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, contrast media, radiopharmaceuticals, PET products, or injector systems.
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with EDICOM and healthcare industry processes.
Education & certifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry is highly valued.
- Strong customer orientation and passion for service excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools and business systems.
Languages
- Both written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for success in this role.
