What you'll do

Operational management of the most important clients in terms of volume and income, establishing lasting relationships. Maximize the profitability of these clients based on trust, service quality, and the proposal of solutions that fit the client's needs.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
Client inquiries and incident resolution.
Creation of processes and procedures.
Implementation of new clients.
Providing training and/or advice to clients.
Leading projects and/or actively participating in them.
Reporting.
