What we're looking for
We are in search of an ISV Partner Associate to join our team in Madrid, with the following qualifications and background:
Professional Experience
-
6-8 years of demonstrable experience in partnership management, channel management or indirect channel development, preferably within payments, fintech or B2B SaaS. (Required)

Demonstrable experience managing partners as a distribution and recurring business generation channel, with the ability to demonstrate impact on active merchants, processed volume and/or revenue. (Required)

Experience designing or managing partner programmes, including tiers, incentives, enablement materials and training. (Required)

Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem and experience working with ISVs, SaaS platforms, software integrators or technology ecosystems. (Required)

Experience coordinating cross-functional activation and integration projects with commercial, technical and product teams. (Required)

What you'll do
As an ISV Partner Associate, your day-to-day work will include:

Managing the partner relationship end-to-end after contract signature, acting as Getnet's main point of contact for the ISV and coordinating activation, integration and commercial development. (Required)

Designing and executing partner activation plans and Go-To-Market strategies with each partner, defining commercial priorities, objectives and success metrics. (Required)

Coordinating with Integration teams and other internal areas to launch each partner, ensuring timelines are met and delivering an excellent experience throughout the process. (Required)

Managing each ISV as an indirect acquisition channel, defining activation targets, commercial materials, training and enablement activities for the partner's teams. (Required)

Regularly analysing channel performance through metrics such as activated merchants, processed TPV, activation rate, productivity and churn, identifying specific growth levers. (Required)

Designing and executing improvement plans to increase partner productivity and accelerate the conversion of the partner's installed merchant base. (Required)

Identifying cross-sell, upsell and agreement expansion opportunities, including new verticals and geographies, to maximise channel growth potential. (Required)

Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and reporting to the Director of Partnerships on activations, processed volume, KPIs, opportunities and growth pipeline. (Required)
