The role
At Gi Group, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a client company, a leader in the consumer goods sector, to join the client company in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Handle and advise the client portfolio over the phone, managing orders and resolving product and service issues.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls following established quality standards.
- Achieve the set sales and service targets.
- Resolve issues related to products, services, and unpaid invoices.
