📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE - FASHION SECTOR in Madrid 📢

Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE - FASHION SECTOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

What you'll do

✔️ 100% customer service for an important group in the fashion sector for resolving doubts, order tracking, and claims

How you'll work

Morning shift: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Monday to Sunday, with two days off during the week, maximum two weekends per month.

🏆 Extras: 5 days of training provided by the company starting on 11/12/2026

There are two training groups: one in the morning from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and one in the afternoon from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM

What are we looking for?

🔹Minimum C1 level is essential, bilingual or native in one of these languages (Catalan, Galician, Basque, Portuguese, French or Romanian)

🔹 Previous experience in Customer Service (valuable, but not essential)

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

🔹 Good office automation skills.
