We are looking for a Bodywork Workshop Preparer with experience in the prior preparation of vehicles and parts before painting and finishing work. Their objective will be to ensure that surfaces are correctly prepared, protected, and ready to guarantee a final result of maximum quality.

·Preparation of vehicles and parts before painting work.

·Taping and masking of vehicle areas that must remain protected.

·Manual and machine sanding of surfaces, parts, and repaired areas.

·Preparation and conditioning of surfaces for the application of primers, fillers, and paint.

·Degreasing, cleaning, and removal of residue, dust, and imperfections from surfaces.

·Application of fillers and preparation products when necessary, following the instructions from the bodywork and paint area.

·Polishing of vehicles and parts to correct small imperfections and improve the final finish.

·Visual inspection of prepared surfaces before they move to painting or delivery.

·Support in basic disassembly and assembly tasks of elements necessary for vehicle preparation.

·Protection and care of interiors, glass, moldings, and other components during the preparation process.

·Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment used.

·Control of the status and availability of preparation materials and communication of replenishment needs.

• Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00

• 22 working days of annual leave.

Permanent position offered, as part of a consolidated and professional team.

·Vocational training related to Bodywork, Automotive, or similar. Valued.

·Previous experience in vehicle, bodywork, and/or paint preparation.

·Knowledge of taping, masking, sanding, and polishing techniques.

·Handling of sanders, polishers, and standard tools of the bodywork area.

·Driver's license. Having your own vehicle is valued.
