If you come from catering, a mass catering kitchen, or accommodation and you have the desire to run an entire center, you might like this job. At Castell de Fluvià, you will be the person who makes everything work: the kitchen, the dining room, cleaning, and maintenance. This way, every school that arrives finds the house ready and the team of monitors can do what they do best.

Castell de Fluvià is a stately 18th-century farmhouse built upon an ancient medieval castle, within the Montseny Natural Park. It functions as a farm school and is one of the largest houses of Rosa dels Vents. At Rosa dels Vents, we have spent years organizing holiday camps and school stays in our houses throughout Catalonia. Although your job will be managerial, you will work surrounded by nature, children, and activities, which makes the day-to-day unlike any other.

Your mission will be to ensure the Castle runs like clockwork, week after week. You will be the visible face of the house for schools and groups, and the reference person for a team of about ten people.

• You will manage the kitchen, dining room, cleaning, and maintenance team: you will organize schedules and shifts and support each person so they can do their job well.

• You will coordinate with the leisure director for every stay, from the moment the group arrives until they depart.

• You will manage orders, suppliers, and stock so that nothing is missing.

• You will attend to teachers and group leaders, and resolve whatever is needed on the fly.

• You will ensure that the house is always in good condition and ready for the next group.

The start date will be at the beginning of 2027.
