• Rotating shifts of morning (7.00 to 13.00), afternoon (13.00 to 23.00), night (23.00 to 7.00) and split (from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00), from Monday to Sunday with the rest periods established by Law.

• Competitive salary, in gross annual euros: 20.492,46 € in 14 payments + 1.750€ required and proficient language + 45/90 € worked public holiday premium + night shift premium

- Welcome and advise families, guiding them with closeness through every stage of the service.

- Visit, attend to, and accompany families: presentations and farewells, catering, press...

- Collaborate in the contracting of the service, resolving doubts and facilitating every step.

- Support funeral home operations, including the preparation of rooms and the handling of the deceased with the utmost respect.

- Manage documentary procedures, both internally and with external organizations.

- Loading and/or transferring funeral material (coffins, chapels, flower wreaths...)

- Issue invoices, manage collections, and place orders with suppliers.

- Coordinate ceremonies (religious or secular), collaborating with those officiating them.

- Follow up on the file until its closure and deliver ashes with accompaniment.
