At Seguros Meridiano, we are looking for an Integral Manager for our Valencia office.

The main functions of this position are:

-Acquisition and training of a network of commercial collaborators for expansion in the assigned area.

-Lead, develop, and motivate the people under their responsibility.

-Solve and follow up on incidents in their area. Actively collaborating in the management of returned receipts from policyholders of the policies captured by their network of collaborators.

-Develop the set of commercial actions in their area to achieve the objectives set by the Company.

-Attend to the client and maintain the portfolio, visiting clients and supporting recovery management.

-Supervise and collaborate in the correct compliance with procedures.

-Control and follow up on production, both for funeral policies, single premium, and home insurance.

-Accompany and follow, analyze the month's production, through indicators, meetings, etc.

Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 18:30. And Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.

During the summer months (July to August), intensive working day from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
