At Grupo ASV, we are looking to hire a Claims Analyst and Manager to reinforce our Financial Management and Insurance team.

The person who joins will be responsible for the management and monitoring of insurance claim files and the analysis of key indicators to optimize costs, resolution times, and service quality.

Analysis of activity and service indicators (KPIs).

Analysis of average costs and deviations.

Preparation of reports and dashboards.

Management and monitoring of insurance claim files.

Coordination with suppliers, loss adjusters, and external collaborators.

Review and validation of budgets associated with claims.

Monitoring of average processing and resolution times.

Detection of improvement opportunities in claim management processes.

Control and updating of databases and management information.

Support to the area in administrative and monitoring tasks.
